I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were stunning with amazing views and impeccable cleanliness, and the bay view from the king deluxe room was breathtaking. The hotel's foldable windows provided a unique experience. However, the service could be more attentive as they seemed more focused on outside parties rather than ensuring peace and quiet for guests.

I was absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms are truly amazing, spacious, clean, and offer an incredible view of the city. The whole hotel is large, and my room even had a small outdoor seating area where I could relax.

The service was exceptional, although at times it seemed the hotel prioritized outside events over guest tranquility. The location was convenient for exploring the city but lacked a bit of the glamour expected from a 4-star hotel.

I was thrilled to stay in a room for an additional 25USD per night, which had a wrap-around deck and a master bedroom with no walls offering a stunning ocean view. The room was spacious and even included a small outdoor seating area, though it could use some fresh paint, new curtains, and updated decor.

The service was warm, friendly, and super accommodating, though there were a couple of mishaps with my orders. The location was up the hill but offered stunning views down to the old town and the ocean, very close to Zona Romantica and Old Vallarta. The dining experience was a bit lacking considering the price, but the natural products were a nice touch. The facilities were generally good.
